The new policlinic is located in the center of Brussels, close to the Rogier district, the City 2 shopping center, the rue Neuve, the Manhattan building, between the center and the northern districts.
You can access it through 2 entrances:
- Main and most direct entrance: Rue des Cendres 9-11, 1000 Brussels
- Entrance through the Clinic Saint-Jean: It is possible to go from the clinic to the policlinic, follow the signs in the clinic (route 770)

To make an appointment for a consultation at the policlinic, you can call the contact center at 02 221 92 21 or book directly online. 2 days before your appointment, you will receive an e-mail or a text message with the route number to follow.
The Atrium Restaurant, a brand new restaurant at your disposal
Would you like to have something to eat or drink during your visit to the policlinic? Our brand new restaurant, located in the policlinic on the 7th floor, allows you to take a break or to eat in a soothing and pleasant environment. A good wifi connection also allows you to surf the internet, answer your emails or have fun while waiting.
The Atrium Restaurant is open every day of the week, from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 without interruption.
Payment, third party payment and billing
Payment
In the policlinic and the Clinique Saint-Jean, we prefer payment by Bancontact. Payment by cash is still possible at route 770 but a transaction fee of 5 euros will be added.
Third party payment
In the policlinic, the principle of third party payment is applied depending on your status with the mutual insurance company. In concrete terms, the official tariff is paid directly by your mutual insurance company to your care provider. You only pay the amount you actually have to pay, without having to advance the amount paid by your mutual insurance company. On the other hand, any additional fees (charged by partially or non-contracted doctors) are always payable by you. The status of each doctor at the clinic can be found on their page on our website.
Billing
You may also receive an invoice from the clinic if the doctor has performed technical procedures or tests. In this case, an invoice from Saint-Luc or the CEBIODI laboratory may be sent to you afterwards.
