Naissance

The Gynaecology department manages the entire female physiological and pathological condition from a screening as well as a treatment perspective.

5 divisions make up our department:

  1. Obstetrics: from antenatal consultation to delivery
  2. Gynaecology: from screening to surgical treatment.
  3. Mastology: from the breast screening test to overall management of breast cancer through our Breast Care Clinic
  4. Fertility: from the assessment to medically-assisted reproduction.
  5. The Perineum Clinic

Our department is made up of 12 gynaecologists, 4 assistants in training and 4 midwives.

Obstetrics

  • Pre-conception consultations
  • Antenatal consultations
  • Morphological ultrasounds
  • Antenatal diagnostics including amniocentesis and NIPT testing
  • Deliveries handled around the clock by an on-site team member
  • Post-partum follow-up
  • Breastfeeding consultations.

Gynaecology

  • Screening consultations
  • Colposcopy
  • Pelvic ultrasound
  • Hysteroscopy
  • Surgical management of all benign gynaecological conditions (ovarian cysts, uterine polyps, fibromas, endometriosis, etc.)
  • Multidisciplinary management and treatment, via the Cancer Clinic, of all malignant gynaecological conditions (cancer of the cervix, endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer, vulvar cancer and vaginal cancer)

Mastology (Breast care clinic)

  • Screening consultations
  • Consultations for high-risk women
  • Mammograms
  • Breast MRI
  • Puncture biopsies
  • Comprehensive breast cancer treatment (surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, hormone replacement therapy), psychological support, wellness area

Fertility (Fertility Clinic)

  • Fertility assessment and testing
  • Surgical treatment (fallopian tubes, endometriosis, etc)
  • Ovarian stimulation
  • Intra-uterine insemination
  • In vitro fertilisation

Perineum clinic

For all women suffering from organ prolapse and incontinence (urinary or faecal). A multidisciplinary staff including a gastroenterologist, a general surgeon, a urologist, a radiologist and a gynaecologist as well as a physiotherapist.

Our department therefore offers a complete care package for women with due regard for each individual, and including professional and individualised management.
