Admission

Admission

Prior to your admission, remember to notify your employer and your health insurance fund (medical certificate).

On the day of your hospitalisation we will be waiting to receive you in the admissions department at the location in question. We ask you to kindly keep the agreed appointment so that the scheduled examinations can be performed on time.

Once the admission paperwork has been completed, you will be directed to your room where you will meet the (head) nurse of the nursing care unit. She will provide you with all of the useful information relating to your stay. You will be given a wristband printed with your name, date of birth and medical record reference. Kindly wear this wristband at all times to avoid any errors during tests or treatments.

In each care unit there is a team of nurses, supervised by a head nurse, available to provide you with care and assistance. If you have any questions, feel free to address these questions to them.

If your have been admitted to our Botanique location through the emergency department, or you have been registered and/or issued with an ID wristband, kindly report (or send a family member) to the admissions department of the receiving location so that your administrative records can be put in order.
