From the diagnosis is made, the referral nurse offers the patient and family the guidance and support necessary during the various treatment and follow-up phases. She is attentive to continuity of care during and between the different hospital stays.
The referral nurse is on hand at the Breast care clinic Monday to Friday from 8h30 to 17h.
