Visiting patients is allowed again under certain conditions

As of 2 June, visits to hospitalised patients are authorised again, under certain conditions:

Site Botanique and Méridien

For private AND common rooms:

  • 1 visit per patient per day. Visitor must be an adult (more than 16 years old)
    • Maternity : the partner only, no extra visitor allowed
    • Pediatric and neonatologie units, and maternity: max 1 adult per patient per day
    • Relatives (max 2) of patients in critical conditions or end-of-life

To limit the number of people in the Clinic, visiting hours have been adapted:

  • Between 17.30 and 19.30 (during the week)
  • Between 14.00 and 19.30 (during the week-end)

Site Leopold I

  • 1 visit per patient per day. Visitor must be an adult (more than 16 years old)
  • Relatives (max 2) of patients in critical conditions or end-of-life
  • Between 17.30 and 19.30 (during the week)
  • Between 14.00 and 19.30 (during the week-end) - no visit between 16.00 and 16.30
     

Please do not bring any food.
We keep a register of visitors at the reception.


Everybody needs to respect security and hygiene rules:

  • Social distancing, wear of a mask all the time, washings hands when entering and exiting the room,…
  • You are sick ? Do not come to the Clinic.

 
Covid units

  • No visits are allowed, excepted in case of end-of-life.

Delivery and pick-ups services are still available for all our patients.


Mortuary

Visits to deceased patients are allowed under certain conditions:

  • Making an appointment is obligatory (02/221.97.24)
  • Maximum 4 members per family
  • 2 people at a time, during 30 minutes
  • Opening hours: from 9.30 until 13.00 and from 14.00 until 17.00
