As of now, whenever you call our general information number 02/221.91.11, you will be first be greeted with a bilingual choice of selections. This new system enables us to more easily identify your request and put you in direct contact with the correct person or  department.

The available options for your new choice of selections are:

• #1 : If you are calling to make an appointment, press 1; you will be automatically transferred to the Contact Centre.
• #2 : If you are calling for the emergency department, press2; you will be automatically transferred to the emergency admin office.
• #3 : If you are calling for a patient in a room, press 3; you will be automatically transferred to a trilingual menu asking you to enter the room number of the patient you wish to reach. You will be put in direct contact with the person.
• #3 : For any other questions, press 4; you will be automatically transferred to one of the switchboard operators.
