An open day will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, from 14:00 to 18:00 at Helix, the psychiatric day hospital of our clinic (site Méridien)
These open doors are organized as part of the “Parcours d'Artistes” of the Mental Health Consultation Platform of the Brussels-Capital Region.
This event aims to highlight the artistic creations produced at the psychiatric day hospital and to showcase the work carried out through the different therapeutic workshops.
This “Parcours d'Artistes” also gives the Helix service the opportunity to present its work to a diverse audience.
Let us recall that Helix is aimed at anyone experiencing psychological distress who may benefit from group-based, daytime therapeutic support.
The therapeutic work relies on group workshops using various media as well as verbal expression.
The overall goal is to foster new ways of relating to others and to the world, as well as new avenues for self-expression and self-discovery.
Helix welcomes about fifty patients, with around twenty attending on a daily basis.
